How far did a crime syndicate have to go to get an innocent man found guilty?

They went to such extremes on Feb. 6th, 2026 that we had to rewrite much of book III of the Judicial Center series — rough draft. The updated rough draft will include much of what was withheld from the jury.

Denial of due process by Judge Tony Kitchen has reached heights nearing a North Korean level.

This recording of a phone call was placed here because we have doubts that the McCracken County courthouse will release the video of the trial. We’ll try to obtain it on Monday February 8, 2026. It should be available, however, just like videos the public defenders were asked to procure, McCracken Crime Syndicate has too much to conceal.

Just before the start of the trial in the judge’s chambers, James was threatened with immediate imprisonment if the told the jurors the truth before they made the decision of finding him innocent or guilty!

James Samples sought to protect his children from the meth-house authorized by the McCracken County Prosecutor’s Office.

Officials used James’ former wife’s boyfriend as a criminal informant while failing to follow the Attorney General’s Guidelines to protect innocent people (James’ children) while authorizing methamphetamine usage. James was denied the opportunity to testify and present evidence.

Despite attempts to seal the record, James secured a recording of the hearing that documents false statements (perjury by Prosecutor Meridith Clymer) made on the record. 30 minutes after that hearing, another recorder documented a false police report, false arrest and false imprisonment as officials sought to cover up their other crimes.

Judge Tony Kitchen

Blocked testimony and evidence of McCracken County Corruption to sentence an innocent  man who had been forced out of the country due to crimes of his comrades.

James Samples is currently facing a jury trial that is “ongoing” as of the time of this writing, 2 years 8 months and 12 days. Just like the other McCracken County Circuit Court Judges. Judge Tony Kitchen has barred James Samples from his testimony and evidence regarding the case. This is some of what drove James from the United States before.
