McCracken County Citizens are petitioning the President to request his Attorney General and his Director of the F.B.I. to investigate the crimes against James Samples and his children by McCracken County Officials.
James Samples and his children are under attack for exposing the crimes of McCracken County Officials and Bar Members.
James Samples sought to protect his children from the meth-house authorized by the McCracken County Prosecutor’s Office.
Officials used James’ former wife’s boyfriend as a criminal informant while failing to follow the Attorney General’s Guidelines to protect innocent people (James’ children) while authorizing methamphetamine usage. James was denied the opportunity to testify and present evidence.
Despite attempts to seal the record, James secured a recording of the hearing that documents false statements (perjury by Prosecutor Meridith Clymer) made on the record. 30 minutes after that hearing, another recorder documented a false police report, false arrest and false imprisonment as officials sought to cover up their other crimes.
